COVID-19 Update 6-26-20

Dear Families and Friends,

As we progress through the phases of reopening of our communities, each of our locations continues to work through logistics of accommodating visitors and complying with regulations. Eventide Downtown and Eventide Lake Country Manor, both in Devils Lake, are in Phase 2 of North Dakota’s phased reopening plan. We expect that Eventide Fargo, Eventide Sheyenne Crossings in West Fargo, and Eventide Jamestown will move to Phase 2 soon. The biggest difference in Phase 2 is permitting visits inside our facilities. These visits must be scheduled and take place in a common area. Each campus has an individualized reopening strategy and will communicate their plan with residents and families.

As each of our locations has started to stabilize in regards to COVID-19, we will continue to report numbers, but will do so on our COVID-19 information page after today. Of course, we will share detailed updates when there is new or important information.

*The cases reported on the North Dakota Health site are considered active if a resident or staff member have tested positive, but are no longer counted as an active case after 10 days. Eventide follows the CDC test-based strategy in North Dakota which classifies residents as recovered after two consecutive negative tests. Please refer to our updates for accurate information on Eventide’s active cases.
